Robert G. Dashiell, Jr, the founder of RGD, was employed by The Virginian Pilot and
served as the Assistant Production Director until 1976. He was responsible for the
layout and equipment selection for the new production facility. Mr. Dashiell served
as a consultant and the Virginian Pilot representative through the project completion
in 1979. Our office has worked for The Virginian Pilot as a consultant since 1976.

Provided design for the replacement of the panels and the switchgear
Provided new feeders that cross connect to the 1980 switchgear
