and design of a new or renovated facilities.

Survey of green field site to include building orientation, location, access and

Provide square footage tabulations for the renovated or new spaces
Provide block diagram and floor plans to include square footage requirements and
department locations, material flow, and equipment locations.
Provide rough sections and determine clearance heights and building heights.
Provide building schematic design, sections and elevations to meet the building space
planning and program.
Provide full building design for new or renovated facility.
Provide full coordination with equipment vendors to include structural requirements,
utility requirements, equipment entry and installation requirements, and support
of equipment vendor personnel.
Provide letters for delivery dates and installation to all equipment.
Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment.
Bidding Assistance and Contract Award
Assist in interview process to pre-qualify general contractors.
Provide bidding documents to all qualified contractors.
Review project bids with owner, review bids and contractor.
Review final contract for signature.
Provide coordination between the contractor and the owner.
Provide coordination between the contractor and the equipment vendors.
Conduct site inspection and issue site inspection reports of construction progress
Review pay applications and review for completeness compared to site inspection for
work in place.
Provide site inspection and punch list. Site inspection will range from two to four
visits per month, depending on stage of the project.
Provide final inspection and punch list.
Provide warranty inspection nine to then months after project is complete.
